PADI Rescue Diver
A PADI Rescue Diver Course will test your ability to solve problems under pressure and give you the tools to spot and deal with difficult situations before they develop into full-blown crisis.
With its emphasis on prevention, self-rescue, and the importance of managing situations effectively, the Rescue Diver Course will equip you to deal with a wide range of typical problems, making you a better buddy, and increasing your confidence as a diver.

Requirements:
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Must be a Certified Advanced Open Water Diver
- Must be medically fit to dive
- Have a recognized First aid and CPR certificate with 24 months validity

- Rescue course: 2 days
- EFR course: 1 day

What to expect during your PADI Rescue diver course
Before your course begins, you'll complete the knowledge development independently using PADI eLearning.
Once you've completed the online theory, your PADI Instructor will guide you through a series of practical rescue skills.
Certification
Once you have successfully completed all course requirements and your instructor is satisfied that you have met the required standards, you will be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver.
Your PADI eCard will be sent directly to your email, allowing you to prove your certification at dive centre around the world.
Do the Emergency First Response (EFR) course on Koh Tao
An Emergency First Response (EFR) Course is a requirement for doing the PADI Rescue course. Some people may already have this certification due to their job and would not need to redo it with us, but most people will have to do the course.
It consists of basic first aid skills you would need to know will test your ability to solve problems under pressure and give you the tools to spot and deal with difficult situations before they develop into full-blown crisis.
